You may expect the prompt shipment of your order within 3-5 business days from its receipt. We use USPS Priority for smaller orders, and UPS Ground for larger orders. Shipping is handled directly from our Studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Sorry, we do not ship Internationally from this site at the moment, due to the difficulty in predicting exact shipping costs.Please do not hesitate to contact us for a individualized quote on the items you are interested in purchasing. email us at info@ellenmedlock.com
*REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
You may return your purchase for a full refund if unsatisfied for any reason with our product. Please notify the Studio within 3 days after the receipt of your order if you intend to return. For returned non-defective and non-damaged goods there will be a 25% restocking fee.
In the event of damage by the carrier, please inform the Studio immediately so that arrangements may be made to pick up the damaged goods, and we may resend your order.
An order is easily canceled before it has shipped, contacting the Studio. However if your order is in transit, pick-up and return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
