For both versions you need:

12" square light weight fusible web

Contrasting or matching thread for blanket stitching

Open toe embroidery foot to do blanket stitching

Background panel and binding - 1/2 yard

Bird and Borders 1 & 3 - 1/2 yard

Stripe Border 2 and legs - 1/3 yard

Large Pattern Border 4 - 1 yard

Contrasting cornerstones - 1/3 yard

Backing - 1 1/3 yard

(Binding if other than panel fabric) - 3/8 yard

Batting - 42" x 46"
